Xolido Module for Online Digital Signature provides the ability required to perform digital signatures from a complete web system, and therefore supporting a multi-platform environment.
It is also prepared to run on multiple browsers, through its capacity to operate on Internet Explorer, as a .NET component or Java device, as well as other navigation platforms provided for users who have Java Virtual Machine deployed on their computers. This module allows the perform of electronic signatures based on the PKCS7 standard (RFC. 2315). It composes detached type digital signatures, so they are very small size files but with all necessary information properly structured. This module enables the construction of digital signatures for files of any types, being indifferent to the type of file, thus supporting files of any extension and format. The great strength of this component lies in the possibility of performing digital signatures of files not only multi-format, but also not depending on its size. This is possible because it’s based on a new processing system which separates the processes that processes separately the information contained in the file against their own cryptographic operations employed in the digital signature. This module is also easy to integrate and use in any application or web portal on which you want to give an added value service such as electronic signatures.
