It is a utility to perform compression tasks which is compatible with ZIP, EAZ, RAR, etc. It is a highly powerful and fast application which also allows you to create backup copies of the most important files of your PC. It offers support for FTP protocol, which gives you the possibility to host in a server all the important documents by using just a small part of the original size.
Eazel has one of the most powerful compression engines of the market which gives you the possibility of being compatible with a wide range of formats. Among the 16 standards it supports, you can find ZIP, RAR and EAZ. The latter is an exclusive Eazel format which has a high compression rate and it is light on system resources. It also has a wide range of tools to handle compressed files that you download from the Internet. Moreover, Eazel integrates with the operating system through context menus that popup when you click on the mouse right button.
