Isinteg fix command checks for referential integrity of the information store. While the database integrity check is going on with the Isinteg-fix command, it creates a temporary database for keeping reference counts.
Once the Exchange Server database integrity check is over, Isinteg-fix command compares the reference counts noted in the temporary database with the references in the Information Sore. In case any error is figured out, Isinteg-fix option fixes the reference counts in the Information Store and resolves the error.
