iComment turns the entire Internet into a huge bulletin board forum and social network. That's why our note icons only appear when there is a comment. And by hovering your mouse pointer over the minimized comment icon you can quickly see what the comment is about and decide if you want to click on it and maximize it. As you surf the web you'll meet other icommenters and make friends with people who share your web interests. You can communicate with other iCommenters privately right through the button's internal communication system.
