The Portable Sound Monitor (PSM) is ideal for anyone working within the music industry ( our primary market ) as well as environments where it is imperative to measure the quality of sound, such as motor racing, shooting events and public displays.
The main advantage PSM is the ability to be able to forward the recording via email as well as text message. The quality of the recording is somewhat dependant on the ability of the Smartphone microphone. Generally speaking the handsets on the market that make use of Windows based technology tend to be the high end units and therefore tend to also come with a well built microphone. Portable Sound Monitor for Windows Mobile has been designed to capture sound levels to allow owners of Windows mobile smart phones to make use of their handsets into a sound recording device.
